Prenatal Breastfeeding Class
1 on 1 Individualized Prenatal Consult $200 (90 minutes) *recommended*
This option is for those who may have particular questions or concerns about preparing to breastfeed, and/or working on creating a feeding and birth plan. This consult will include a thorough assessment and breastfeeding education tailored specifically to you.
Virtual Breastfeeding Basics Class $150 (60-90 minutes)
This is a live 1 on 1 standardized class that goes over the basics of breastfeeding. You will learn all the basics to get breastfeeding started from Milk & Grow’s breastfeeding basics curriculum.
Topics that will be covered:
- Anatomy and physiology of breastfeeding
- Colostrum vs breast milk
- What to expect in the first 24 hours after birth
- Skin to skin
- Latching and positioning
- Hand expression
- Nipple care
- Pumping
- Bottles and pacifiers
- How to prevent breast engorgement, infection, and mastitis
- How your partner can support you during breastfeeding

These consults are typically for those who have already been breastfeeding.
Back to Work Consult
I will address common concerns breastfeeding parents have regarding returning back to work or school. Learn your rights for pumping at work and how to communicate with your employer about your breastfeeding needs. I will work with you to create a plan that works for you, your baby, and your work schedule, whether you decide to continue breastfeeding or to safely wean before returning to work.
Weaning off Breastfeeding and Pumping
Learn how to safely wean off breastfeeding to avoid the risk of breast engorgement or mastitis (infection). I will work with you to create a plan to decrease your milk supply.
Nutrition Consultation
Nutrition consultations can help you with:
- Pregnancy nutrition and weight gain
- Introducing solid foods
- Picky eating
- General nutrition education
Initial Consult $150 (60 minutes)
Thorough nutrition assessment to address specific concerns. I will work with you to provide individualized nutrition recommendations and goals that work for you and/or your child.
Follow Up $75 (30 minutes)
For existing clients that have gone through the Initial Consult.
Each Additional Follow Up $70 (30 minutes)
For existing clients that have gone through the Initial Consult and one Follow Up.
Short Telephone Helpline $25 (15 minutes)
A 15 minute phone consultation with me to provide answers to your general nutrition questions.
