Prenatal Visit / Breastfeeding Class (60-90 minutes)

Option 1: Individualized Prenatal Consult for those with particular questions or concerns about preparing to breastfeed, and/or working on creating a feeding and birth plan. This consult will include a thorough assessment and breastfeeding education tailored to you.

Option 2: Breastfeeding Basics Class is a standardized class with Milk & Grow’s breastfeeding basics curriculum that goes over the basics of what you need to know and expect before baby is here.

Out-of-Pocket Cost: Virtual $200

 

Initial Postpartum Visits (60-90 minutes)

Includes a thorough history intake, individualized breast assessment, and assessment of infant’s oral anatomy.

Optional add-on: Unlimited follow up phone calls and 24/7 messaging for 1 week after initial appointment $50

Out-of-Pocket Cost: In-Home $275 | Virtual $225

 

Follow Up Visits (30-60 minutes)

For clients who have gone through the Initial Consult.

Follow up appointments are highly encouraged to evaluate improvements and assess whether the previous recommendations are working for you.

Out-of-Pocket Cost: In-Home $225 | Virtual $175

 

These consults are typically for those who have already been breastfeeding:

Back to Work Consult

Address common concerns parents have regarding returning back to work or school.

Learn your rights for pumping at work and how to communicate with your employer about your breastfeeding needs.

Create a plan that works for you, your baby, and your work schedule, whether you decide to continue breastfeeding, pumping, or to safely wean before returning to work.

 

Weaning Breastfeeding and Pumping

Learn how to safely wean off breastfeeding to avoid the risk of breast engorgement or mastitis (infection).

I will work with you to create a plan to decrease your milk supply.

 

Introducing Solids + Breast Milk or Formula

Discuss how to introduce solids while continuing milk feedings, whether that is with continued breastfeeding, pumped breast milk, or formula.
 

Postpartum Doula Support

Rates are per hour. Daytime and evening support only, no overnights. Can include a feeding or lactation consult.

Nutrition Consultation

Nutrition consultations can help you with:

  • Pregnancy nutrition and weight gain

  • Introducing solid foods

  • Picky eating

  • General nutrition education

Initial Consult (60 minutes)

Thorough nutrition assessment to address specific concerns.

I will work with you to provide individualized nutrition recommendations and goals that work for you and/or your child.

For existing clients that have gone through the Initial Consult.

Short Telephone Helpline (15 minutes)

A 15 minute phone consultation with me to provide answers to your general nutrition questions.
